Lindt reduces giant £21 chocolate hamper that's now 'cheaper than Tesco'

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without tucking into chocolate and Amazon has slashed the price of its huge Lindt Chocolate Hamper ahead of Black Friday. Now £20.95, the gift set is jam-packed with the brand's bestselling chocolate goodies, which is perfect for Lindt fans to open on Christmas morning or hidden inside a stocking.

The Lindt Chocolate Hamper contains nine Lindt chocolates, including everybody's favourite Lindor Bars. That means each item works out to be £2.31, making the the 100g Lindor Bars cheaper than Tesco, which sells them for £2.75.

The size of the Lindt Chocolate Hamper is approximately 22 x 18 x 10 cm, and is delivered directly to your doorstep in a gift tray tied with a luxury ribbon, so you don’t even need to worry about wrapping it, as the Mirror reports. It’s already been praised by Amazon shoppers, with one saying: “Absolutely beautiful and 11/10 for presentation and services.”

Another agreed: “The Hamper was beautifully packed and had a good choice of items. The recipient loved the Hamper." Whilst a third added: “Great Christmas present fast delivery.”

However some were less impressed, with one writing: “Purchased for a birthday present and it’s nicely presented but I think it’s a bit overpriced for what’s in it. More padding in the box than product.”
