Tipperary hurling manager Liam Cahill will be on the line for Sunday's clash with Waterford after he successfully appealed his four-week ban.The Tipp boss received a red card from referee Seán Stack near the end of their enthralling Munster SHC clash with Limerick last weekend.A statement from the Central Hearing Committee (CHC) confirmed Cahill had been charged with "abusive language towards a linesman".A hearing took place on Thursday and the CHC found Cahill's infraction "not proven" and so no penalty was imposed as "the evidence presented by [Cahill] did contradict the referee's report".If the suspension had been upheld, the Premier manager would not have been allowed to train or communicate with the team or management before or during Sunday's Munster SHC final round clash with Waterford in Thurles. The same constraints would have applied if Tipp made the Munster final against Clare on 11 June. Now Cahill is free to manage the team as he sees fit for Tipperary's clash with Davy Fitzgerald's Déise and any subsequent games.
