Lewis Hamilton: Plastic stool bearing 'butt prints' sells for hefty sum

Lewis Hamilton has a lot of work to do if he is to clinch an unprecedented eighth Formula 1 world title in 2022.

The Mercedes superstar has finished third, tenth and fourth in the three races so far this season and is well off the scintillating pace currently being set by the lightning Ferrari.

Despite their disappointing start to the season, Merc still find themselves in second place in the constructors’ championship and, with 20 races remaining in the season, will be confident of mounting yet another title charge.

Hamilton was mobbed by thousands of fans wherever he went in the capital of Kuala Lumpur as he underlined his status as one of the biggest sporting icons on the planet.

Hamilton was in Malaysia to film some promotional content for Mercedes’ partner Petronas and it seems fans in the country were desperate to get their hands on any little piece of Lewis.

In fact, per a report in The Sun and originally from Malaysian publication SAYS, a run-of-the-mill plastic stool that Hamilton sat on has been sold for a hefty sum of cash.

In one of the greatest product descriptions you could ever hope to read, the stool was said to have been
