Leon Edwards KOs Kamaru Usman: Joe Rogan’s epic reaction emerges

Leon Edwards made history last night when he became only the second ever British UFC champion after shocking the world with his victory over Kamaru Usman.

After a good start in the opening round, Edwards was quickly on the back foot, with Usman dominating the rest of proceedings, just like many had predicted. He isn’t the champion for nothing!

However, just when all seemed lost for Edwards, late on in the contest he pulled out a stunning kick to Usman’s head, flattening him, leaving him out cold on the canvas.

It would’ve been a dominant victory for Usman had it not been for that bit of inspired brilliance from Edwards to clutch up and realise his childhood dream. Everything he’s worked so hard for is now his, but he won’t want to stop there, surely!

The entire world of UFC was shocked by the gripping scenes that unfolded, with the likes of Conor McGregor quick to make his feelings on the fight known.

Not only did Notorious tweet his support for Edwards, but he also was quick to jump on his long-term rival, Usman after such a brutal loss.

One man in particular who was left stunned by proceedings was commentator, Joe Rogan. Footage was filmed of the commentators during the fight, with Rogan’s reaction absolutely priceless.

He grabs both of his co-commentators, Jon Anik and Daniel Cormier, whilst his eyes almost pop out of his head, he genuinely couldn’t believe what he had just seen.

All three of them had written off Edwards in the fight given the nature of Usman’s dominance after the opening round, so it’s no surprise they were left flabbergasted by the kick from the Brit.
