Leny Yoro transfer pursuit 'steps up' as Manchester United exit deal 'falls through'

Manchester United face a potentially busy few months as Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos look to navigate their way through the summer transfer window.

Sky Sports claim that United have made initial contact over the signing of Lille centre-back Leny Yoro. The Frenchman has been linked with a move to Old Trafford but the club are now said to have made their first move to potentially sign him.

MEN Sport's Isaac Seelochan says: This is a tricky one for United, with Real Madrid seen as the favourites to sign him. There is no question about his ability and future potential, but does the player really want to join?
