Lennox Lewis gives full breakdown of Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte and it's as good as you'd expect

Lennox Lewis has given a full breakdown for Dillian Whyte ahead of his fight with Tyson Fury.

Whyte, 34, will challenge Fury, 33, for the WBC heavyweight world title tonight at Wembley Stadium.

The Body Snatcher has been training in Portugal under Lewis’ old mentor Harold Knight, while the Gypsy King will once again have SugarHill Steward in his corner.

And while Lewis may have a hard time choosing a side having spent many years perfecting his craft at the world-famous Kronk gym, he reckons Whyte will find it ‘difficult’ adjusting to Fury’s unorthodox style.

Lewis told iFL TV: “I think it’s going to be difficult for Dillian Whyte in the first few rounds just to adjust and I think in the middle rounds he’ll adjust a little better and it’ll be a great fight up until then.

“I think Tyson’s got a lot more bag of tricks that he may come out with.

“I don’t really know how Tyson’s going to come out.

“I’m going to guess and think he’s going to come straight at him and be right there in the pocket and box him and maybe try and knock him out.

“Because he realises he’s got knockout power now, so he may try and knock out Dillian Whyte.”

Asked if both fighters will be knocked down, he replied: “Oh yeah, there’s always that possibility.

“That’s what I love about heavyweight fighting and boxing, you never know what kind of drama is going to happen, and there’s always drama at a fight.

“Looking forward to it!”

Lewis, who also works as a boxing pundit for PBC, will serve as a desk analyst on fight night.

Speaking on BT Sport, he said: “Dillian Whyte has been taking a steady climb to the top and he has reached the top right now.

“Is there more room for improvement? Yeah, he is going to be boxing a better guy in an important fight.
