Leigh Griffiths REJECTS Dundee deal as freed Celtic striker evaluates other options amid bold Queen's Park push
Leigh Griffiths has knocked back a permanent deal with Dundee.
The striker is a free agent after his Celtic contract was terminated last month.
He has been on-loan at Dundee for the first half of the season.
Manager James McPake offered Griffiths a short-term deal until the end of the season.
Griffiths has decided to look at his options elsewhere.
Ambitious League One side Queen’s Park are amongst those who are keen to land Griffiths.
The 31-year-old is looking to get his career back on track after an indifferent end to his Celtic career.
Meanwhile Dens Park officials have appealed to the highest authority in the game to get the signing of Zeno Ibsen Rossi over the line.
The transfer is now in the hands of FIFA after the Premiership’s bottom side tried to push through a last-minute loan deal for the Bournemouth defender before Monday’s deadline.
The registration was not signed off at both ends before midnight on Monday.
Dundee are adamant they did everything right at their end and believe they have a sound case.
