Rafa Benitez enjoyed a largely successful spell in charge of Newcastle as he won the Championship title and established the club in the Premier League following their relegation in 2016.

He came through the academy set-up at St. James’ Park and made one appearance for the first-team before Benitez allowed him to join Dunajska Streda on a free transfer in 2017.
