With Liverpool beating Newcastle earlier in the day, the pressure is well and truly on City, who also have the daunting prospect of a trip to Real Madrid early next week.

Given what we’ve seen from both City and Liverpool before, it’s tempting to assume they win all of their remaining games but Leeds are an interesting opponent.
