Leeds: Jesse Marsch could soon be 'questioned' at Elland Road

Leeds manager Jesse Marsch could start facing questions over his future if results don’t improve, according to insider Dean Jones.

The Elland Road club enjoyed a solid start to the season, but six Premier League matches without victory, the latest being against Arsenal on Sunday, leaves them just one point above the relegation zone.

But the pattern of the game didn't go how many would have expected, with the Yorkshire club dominating for large periods, while also having the better of the chances.

Bukayo Saka's goal, which turned out to be the winner, put Arsenal ahead just past the half hour mark, but Leeds responded after the break.

Despite those setbacks, Leeds continued to rattle the Gunners, but their finishing kept letting them down, with Crysencio Summerville the biggest guilty party late on when he fired over with the goal gaping.

Despite the encouraging performance, Marsch's team have collected just two points from a possible 18 since beating Chelsea, while they've only tasted victory six times in 21 league games since Marcelo Bielsa's exit.

He told GIVEMESPORT: "It is so difficult to compete every week for a club of this type and for someone new to the league, you have to learn quickly, or people will start questioning whether you are up to it.

"I think he deserves more time here though."

There's no need to hit the panic button just yet, but
