Leeds ‘increasingly resigned’ to losing key player but he’s ‘not a genuine option’ for Man Utd

However, The Athletic insists that sources have told them that Phillips is ‘not a genuine option’ for Man Utd and that a transfer to Man City would ‘offer a much more palatable, and realistic, destination across the Pennines’.
