Leeds: Big claim on Marsch and 49ers transfer strategy amid £30m interest

Leeds United’s continued interest in Brenden Aaronson shows new head coach Jesse Marsch is keen to add Americans and stars he has worked with before to his squad at Elland Road, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

Marsch was appointed as the Whites’ boss at the end of last month, just 24 hours after Marcelo Bielsa had been sacked by the club hierarchy.

Aaronson is someone Marsch knows well, having selected his fellow American 25 times during his Salzburg tenure.
