LeBron James named as official starter for 24 Hours of Le Mans centenary edition as NBA legend to wave flag

Basketball legend LeBron James will be the official starter for the centenary edition of 24 Hours of Le Mans. The NBA’s all-time leading scorer will lower the French flag to signal the start of the endurance race at the Circuit de la Sarthe. Ad James joins a list of celebrities including Rafael Nadal, Brad Pitt and Steve McQueen to have kicked off proceedings at Le Mans.
