Kylian Mbappe Branded 'Selfish' By Furious Fans After Not Passing To Unmarked Lionel Messi For PSG's Third Goal
Danilo Pereira opened the scoring for PSG on Sunday in the opening 10 minutes after Ivo Grbic spilled Nuno Mendes’ cross.
Lille pulled back an equaliser through Sven Botman’s half-volley, while PSG restored their advantage minutes later after Presnel Kimpembe scored from close range.
Mbappe received the ball inside the Lille half and charged towards the opposition box, but the PSG superstar was dispossessed on the edge of the box.
However, Messi skipped his way past a last-ditch tackle before dinking an onrushing Grbic with a vintage finish.
The six-time Ballon d’Or winner might have put PSG 3-1 up, but fans were far from impressed with a “selfish” Mbappe for not setting up Messi in the first place.

Danilo completed his brace early in the second half before Mbappe scored PSG’s fifth in his side’s sensational win at the Stade Pierre Mauroy.
Messi has only scored twice in Ligue 1 since his stunning free transfer move last summer, but the Barcelona legend has registered six assists in the French league.
