Kyle Sinckler still missing from England's latest training squad

England tighthead prop Kyle Sinckler will not be part of this week's training camp in Teddington building up to the tour of Australia.

Sinckler has not featured for Bristol since the Champions Cup round of 16 matches against Sale back in April.

Pat Lam, the Bristol director of rugby, recently addressed Sinckler's fitness after the prop was left out of England's previous training squad last month.

Lam said: “Kyle came back from the Six Nations with niggles and we have been working with him and talking with England, with the medical teams and the strength and conditioning teams, everyone is working to get rid of all these niggles and to get him back to full fitness.”

Wasps lock Joe Launchbury is also missing from the squad, having returned in the middle of the season from an ACL injury before appearing off the bench for England against Ireland in the Six Nations.

England have called up five players for the first time while Gloucester wing Jonny May returns to the squad after recovering from a knee injury, having missed this year's Six Nations.

The 35-player group does not include any players from the four Gallagher Premiership semi-finalists - Leicester Tigers, Saracens, Harlequins and Northampton Saints. Luke Cowan-Dickie (knee) and Anthony Watson (calf) will both meet up with the squad to continue their recoveries from injury.

First time call-ups include Biyi Alo, Charlie Atkinson (both Wasps), Freddie Clarke (Gloucester), Sam Jeffries (Bristol) and Patrick Schickerling (Exeter). In total there are 16 uncapped players with six coming from London Irish in Will Goodrick-Clarke, Tom Pearson, Henry Arundell, Ollie Hassell-Collins, Will Joseph and Tom Parton.

Paolo Odogwu has also been recalled, having trained with England
