Kwale Township Stadium hosts DFL final

The second Delta State football league finals will hold tomorrow at the Kwale Township Stadium, with four teams vying for the N2 million prize money.
 
Delta Football Association (DFA) Chairman, Ken Nwaomucha, who disclosed this yesterday in Asaba, said the prize money for the competition was increased from the initial N1.8 million, with the league champions securing N1 million, while the second, third, and fourth-place winners stand to earn N500,000, N300,000, and N200,000, respectively.
 
He advised participating teams to adhere to the game’s rules, adding that two outstanding teams, PFA FC and Great Avengers, have qualified for the final.
 
The third-place match between Ndame FA of Kwale and Mighty Wanderers of Abraka is scheduled for Kwale Township Stadium to hold at 12.00 noon before the final match, he added.
