Kevin De Bruyne reveals Man City's unseen hero as Phil Foden solves Pep Guardiola conundrum

Jack Grealish has been City's unseen hero this season, says Kevin De Bruyne.

The £100million record signing had his best game for the Blues on Sunday. Grealish took a big part in the demolition of Manchester United in the derby, playing a key role in De Bruyne’s two goals and then looking unplayable at times as City threatened to run riot in the second half.

But, while Grealish’s contribution in that game was self-evident, the player himself has expressed his desire to bump up his stats, with just four goals and three assists to his name. Manager Pep Guardiola has already dismissed any obsession with the numbers as being "stupid."

Micah Richards has responded to an accusation that suggested he was disrespectful towards Roy Keane on Sunday.

City beat United 4-1 in the Manchester derby at the weekend and Richards and Keane were on punditry duty for Sky Sports at the Etihad. After the match, it didn't take long for Keane to pick apart United's display with a passionate rant.

The United legend questioned the desire of his former club's players and was praised on social media by supporters for his trademark honesty, but others claimed Richards had actually 'disrespected' Keane by looking amused by his colleague's rant. While Keane is highly unlikely to have been bothered, Richards responded to claims that suggested he was disrespectful on Monday.
