Kaizer Chiefs Star Player Junior Khanye Bears It All on his reality show

Junior Khanye’s rise to fame started in 2003 when he was known as one of the youngest and skilled soccer stars signed in Mzansi. He had the world at his feet, but it all went belly up as the love of worldly temptations caused him his career! It’s not easy to pick up the pieces and start all over again. Now years later, Khanye is back on the mend – and is slowly putting together the pieces and letting viewers in on his life through his new reality series Fixing the Game: Junior Khanye.

Airing Thursdays on Mzansi Wethu (DStv channel 163) at 18:30, the former Kaizer Chiefs footballer Junior Khanye is takes viewers on an off-the-pitch journey as he faces the biggest ‘game’ of his life which he calls a ‘second chance at life’. Fixing the Game is more than just about his time on the field, because for Junior this ‘game’ is all about winning back the heart of his first love and fixing the relationship that will benefit his kids, his family, and career. But after scoring many own goals – some of which were documented on Mzansi Magic’s I Blew It and various other online platforms – this will prove to be a tough challenge as this will come with many conditions.
