'Just kept floating it up' - Lee Bowyer lets rip after poor Birmingham City display
Lee Bowyer spoke with the media after Tuesday night's 2-2 draw with Peterborough United.
The Birmingham City head coach admitted his team had been fortunate to grab a late equaliser.
He spoke about the final few days of the transfer window and Harlee Dean's imminent departure.

No. We didn’t deserve anything from that game – and the game’s crazy isn’t it because if you look at it realistically we probably should have won it with Jukey’s chance at the end. But we didn’t deserve anything.
We started better than them, then from our throw on, complicate the game, they break on us and score – and then we just can’t get going after that.
First balls, first contacts, second balls, simple passing controlling, we didn’t look too good.
If there’s one positive I can take from it it’s they kept going to the end and ground out a point.
You can’t start playing in the 80-85th minute and expect to win games. Just do the basics right, you know.
Once we started asking questions of their defenders then we looked dangerous.
No. We had Kristian in good positions in the first half to put a decent ball into the box and it must have been, 6-7-8-9-10 times he just kept floating it up to the goalkeeper – that’s basics. Hit areas, we work on it all the time – that’s why I brought Bela on at half time.
I knew he was our spare player and if there’s one thing he can do is put a ball in the box and ask questions of defenders, so that paid off anyway.
Everyone’s an expert aren’t they? Then you’re a man down in the middle of the park and they have got good players that will then just pass you off the park.
