Jurgen Klopp is now among the Champions League's most successful managers as top 10 named

Liverpool are back in the Champions League semi-finals.

The Reds saw off Benfica this week to reach the last four.

Jurgen Klopp is now looking to guide his side to the final for the third time in five seasons.

Liverpool have been dominant in the Champions League this season.

They’ve played 10 games, won eight times, drawn once and lost once.

Liverpool’s success in Europe this season means Klopp has now established himself among the most successful managers in Champions League history.

Arsene Wenger rounds out the podium places, despite never managing to win the Champions League with Arsenal.

He is set to be overtaken in the next year, though, with Pep Guardiola in fourth and just 10 points behind.

Jose Mourinho also makes the top five. Mourinho has now been in the Champions League this season but will be hoping to be there next campaign with Roma.

There’s then a massive gap down to Louis van Gaal in sixth.

Klopp is now ninth. He’s leapfrogged both Diego Simeone and Fabio Capello this season.

He could well finish the 2021/22 season in eighth. Liverpool have a maximum of three games remaining and, should they get at least seven points
