Julius Francis' Wikipedia page has already been edited after Boxpark KO punch - it's brilliant

Former British heavyweight champion Julius Francis has had his Wikipedia page updated with hilarious results.

It is following the exchange he had while working as a security guard at BOXPARK Wembley, where he knocked a man out.

The clip has gone viral on social media and the aggressive punter perhaps hopes that he didn’t aggravate this particular security guard.

The retired ex-boxer initially looked like he didn’t want to get involved, but he then threw a lightning fast right hook as he got frustrated with the individual.

Someone has since taken to Wikipedia to update Francis’ professional boxing record and they have labelled his latest opponent as Blue DuRag Man.

The result has of course been listed as a win for the 57-year-old via TKO to improve his record to 24 wins, 24 losses and one draw.

Back in the 1990s, Francis was the British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion and he was one of the most feared fighters in Britain.

He is probably most known for facing a young Vitali Klitschko in 1998, where he was beaten within two rounds, and then also tasting defeat against Mike Tyson in 2000.

The founder and CEO of BOXPARK, Roger Wade has released a statement regarding the incident and he has defended Francis.

He said: “Woke up to a viral story about one of our security team. Julius Francis, is ex UK heavyweight boxing champion.

“He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and helps train underprivileged kids boxing in his spare time.

“My understanding is that Julius and our security team spent 15 minutes stopping this man and his friends from abusing, spitting and hitting our customers and staff.

“They carefully escorted him from the premises under constant provocation and violence.
