Jota sets tongues wagging after pencilling in a Celtic return as he tells the world about the club he loves

Swooning Jota has waxed lyrical about Celtic, their supporters and Ange Postecoglou – as he revealed he plans to show his children the wonders of Parkhead.

The 25-year-old leftthe champions in the summer of 2023 for an eye-watering £25m fee, however, his time in Saudi Arabia was beset by problems. The Portuguese winger is now itching to establish himself as a star for Rennes. But he wanted his new fanbase to know all about Celtic and the magical two seasons he spent in Glasgow,

Jota won five trophies and established himself as a star. Speaking to Ouest France, he said: "You had to be in Glasgow at that moment to feel it. Playing at Celtic Park, feeling the love of the fans, having the chance to be coached by an incredible coach (Ange Postecoglou) in a group where everything turned out well.

"You have to thank everyone. I hope one day to be able to show my children what it was like, all the love I received. I’ll remember it for the rest of my life. It touched me because I didn’t expect it. When they started singing it, it was a very special moment.”
