Joel Pereira explains what Jose Mourinho was like at Manchester United
Former Manchester United goalkeeper Joel Pereira has opened up on what it was like to be managed by Jose Mourinho. The Portuguese shot-stopper made his United debut during Mourinho's time as manager.
Mourinho's United stint was heavily criticised but did come with some success as United won three trophies and finished second in the Premier League.
A number of reports emerged of the Portuguese manager falling out with players at United, but Pereira had nothing but positive things to say about Mourinho.

Speaking to Football-Oranje, he said: "He's the one that I enjoyed the most because he's the one that gave me my debut and made me sign my new long-term contract at the time, and he showed faith in me. I enjoyed a lot working under him.
"We had a very good relationship and I am very grateful - he's an exceptional manager and I wish he was there longer and he could have been more successful.
"I can understand the anger of the fans when the results were not there, the world of football is like this. Once you are winning titles then the fans will be happy - at United, fans are used to winning titles. So once we were not producing that, pressure was building. That's how big Manchester United is.
"In my point of view though, I only have great things to say about him. He helps me in and outside of football."
