JK Rowling calls out the 'grotesque' behavior towards Sophie Cunningham fans in scathing post

Fans at a WNBA get into a heated altercation that allegedly stemmed from differing stances on Sophie Cunningham's support of the protection of women's sports. 

The left's most hated author — JK Rowling — has dropped the hammer on the disgusting things that took place at the Indiana Fever-Seattle Storm game earlier this week.

And, because she's a sane human, Rowling unsurprisingly offered a sane take on the "f—king insane" behavior that transpired because Sophie Cunningham simply said men don't belong in women's sports.

"These young women are heroines" the Harry Potter author said via X Wednesday night. "They're peacefully protesting against the grotesque unfairness of men playing in women's sport. The only people who are "f*cking insane" here are those making a mockery of fair sport for women and trying to bully girls like this into silence."

For those who missed it, things turned nasty during Tuesday's game in Seattle when two pro-Sophie Cunningham/women's rights fans were harassed by the team's minority owner, Celeste Keaton.

Keaton allegedly called the two fans "f---ing insane" during the game, independent Seattle-based journalist Brandi Kruse told Fox News Digital. Kruse was in the arena and accompanied the girls. The Storm have since suspended Keaton and put out an apology.
