Jerry Jones’ comments about the quarterback situation between Dak Prescott and Cooper Rush for the Dallas Cowboys has left ESPN analyst Ryan Clark riled up. The Dallas Cowboys are in a bit of a sticky situation right now as it pertains to the quarterback position.
With starting quarterback Dak Prescott having suffered an injury to his hand during the first week of the NFL season, they had to rely on backup Cooper Rush to take over the role.
It could have gone very badly for them, as they were taking on the defending AFC Champion Cincinnati Bengals, but Rush managed to hold his own during the game, he went 19-31 and threw for 235 yards as the Cowboys managed to come away with a 20-17 victory following Brett Maher’s field goal as time expired.
