Jeff Brazier warned about making Stacey Solomon 'cry' as he thanks her and speaks out on BBC Strictly Come Dancing rumours

Jeff Brazier has responded to rumours he may be following in his son Bobby's footsteps by signing up for Strictly Come Dancing as the pair appeared on Loose Women for the actors first interview since missing out on the Glitterball trophy.

EastEnders star Bobby made it to the final of the BBC One dance contest, which took place last Saturday night (December 16) alongside professional dance partner Dianne Buswell.

The pair faced Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola and Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin in the grand finale of the 2023 series with the finalists wowing by performing three dances each with the judges sharing their comments and casting their scores on each. A the then of the night, Bobby and Dianne placed second on the leaderboard with 117 points out of a possible 120.

However, in the end, it was former Coronation Street star Ellie and professional dance partner Vito who emerged as the winners following a public vote, despite coming third on the judges' leaderboard at the end of the epic night in the ballroom.

Appearing on Loose Women in his first interview since missing out on the Glitterball trophy, Bobby said: "Honestly, and I'm glad I'm surrounded by four women to talk about this, I feel a bit lost." He continued to say live on the lunchtime show on Wednesday (December 20): "I miss Diane. I’m eating ice cream for breakfast, I’m in no kind of physical place… I don’t know what to do, what do I do?"
