Japan: New legislation redefines rape, raises age of consent

Finally, one of the world's most endangered animals, the Siberian tiger, has been spotted in the Greater Hinggan Mountains in north-eastern China. The rare animals were thought to have disappeared from the area completely, but wildlife researchers have finally obtained photographic evidence that the big cats have returned.
