Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury: John Fury issues damning statement

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury looks like it may finally be happening after all, but not everyone is too happy about it.

The YouTube star-turned-prizefighter, 25, is reportedly on the verge of agreeing a deal to fight the younger brother of Tyson Fury, 23, this summer.

Paul and Fury were supposed to fight in December, but the Brit pulled out of the fight due to a broken rib and chest infection.

Now it looks like it will be rescheduled after months of waiting as talks continue between the two parties over a possible bout.

But Fury’s father John insists he won’t have anything to do with it as he described it as ‘a pile of s**t’.

That’s despite him calling Paul virtually every name under the sun in an expletive-laden rant at a press conference in Morecambe late last year.
