Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr: Problem Child releases full sparring footage

Jake Paul has released full and unedited footage of his sparring session with Hasim Rahman Jr after their fight had to be cancelled at short notice.

The pair were due to battle this weekend just gone in New York, but the fight was cancelled due to a row about the weight limit.

Rahman Jr responded to the cancellation of the bout by posting a video of Paul running away during sparring, and that has triggered the YouTuber into reacting.

The 25-year-old Paul has hit back by posting the full footage from their sparring session, which was over two years ago.

The former Disney star uploaded the session in a hope to end the argument between the duo.

Paul’s caption said: “Our full five rounds of sparring from two-and-a-half years ago so that you all can see me beat his a** lol.

“People love to make clip outs to make themselves feel better but I always give you all the truth!”

Rahman has denied claims that he wasn’t able to make weight for the fight, after weighing in at 206lbs, which is one pound over the agreed limit.

At the time of the sparring session between the two rivals, Paul had just beaten fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib and was preparing for a fight with retired NBA star Nate Robinson.

During the video, Paul catches his rival multiple times with his jab, but Rahman then sends Paul towards the ropes with a left hook.

The YouTuber remains on the back foot as the session continues and a three-shot combination is absorbed by Rahman Jr – who is the son of former heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman.
