Jake Paul slams Floyd Mayweather for 'ruining his legacy' to 'pay his tax bills'
Jake Paul has accused Floyd Mayweather of ‘ruining his legacy’ by fighting random guys to ‘pay his tax bills.’
It comes after the boxing legend knocked out MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura in two rounds of their exhibition bout in the main event of Super RIZIN at Saitama’s Super Arena in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Mayweather, 45, has previously faced the likes of undefeated kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 24, YouTube star Logan Paul, 27, and ex-sparring partner ‘Dangerous’ Don Moore, 42.
However, it has not gone down well with Paul, as he revealed he wants to fight Mayweather, who he issued a public challenge to.

Paul, 25, believes Mayweather’s latest exhibition bout has done huge damage to The Best Ever’s legacy, as he lashed out online.
“Alright, ladies and gentlemen, picture this: It’s 2022, Floyd Mayweather is ruining his legacy fighting no-name guys, wasting his fans money, wasting his fans time,” he said on Twitter. “He doesn’t even know the names of the guys he’s fighting to make some money to pay his tax bills.
“Floyd Mayweather telling Jake Paul that you will only fight Jake Paul if he comes down to his weight, 140 pounds or something. I can’t believe what’s going on in the world. I can’t believe this is real.
“Floyd, I will fight you. And you know that’s one of the biggest fights to make in boxing. I weigh 175, you weigh 165 — we can get that done, make a couple $100 million.
