Jake Paul set to fight boxing legend Mike Tyson in live Netflix event

Jake Paul will fight heavyweight legend Mike Tyson on July 20 in a huge boxing showdown at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The fight, held at the home of the Dallas Cowboys, will be streamed live on Netflix, who released a teaser video of the event showing Paul stepping out of a helicopter and squaring up to Tyson. There is a 30-year age gap between the two fighters.

Tyson had previously shut down any talk of him getting back in the ring after an exhibition against Roy Jones Jr. in November 2020, but he will now return for a one-off showcase against the YouTube star. However, it has not yet been confirmed whether the bout will take place under professional boxing rules or as an exhibition.

"My sights are set on becoming a world champion, and now I have a chance to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion ever, the baddest man on the planet and the most dangerous boxer of all time. This will be the fight of a lifetime."

Tyson said: "I’m very much looking forward to stepping into the ring with Jake Paul. He’s grown significantly as a boxer over the years, so it will be a lot of fun to see what the will and ambition of a “kid” can do with the experience and aptitude of a GOAT.

"It’s a full circle moment that will be beyond thrilling to watch; as I started him on his boxing journey on the undercard of my fight with Roy Jones and now I plan to
