Jake Paul is ready to send Michael Bisping a contract to fight - if the UFC legend is no longer tied to the UFC.
YouTube star Paul has amassed a record of 5-0 as a professional boxer and has already stopped former UFC fighters Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley. He is planning to return to the ring in August and named Bisping among six potential opponents.
But Bisping, who beat Luke Rockhold to become UFC middleweight champion in 2016, has only one working eye after suffering an injury during his career. The 43-year-old fought out the final four years of his career with vision in one eye and now has a fake eyeball.
That hasn't stopped Paul calling out the Manchester native, however, and Bisping was recently given permission to fight by the Tsuut'ina combative commission. Paul is not convinced, however, and has demanded further proof of Bisping's eligibility.
"Michael Bisping, post legal confirmation that you are not under UFC contract and I will get you a contract," he wrote on social media. "You retired in 2017 and Dana still got you by the balls. And we fight where I tell you we fight."
Bisping earlier posted a video from his chosen commission which is an Indian reserve based
