Jake Paul will seek to end 2023 on a high as he faces fellow American Andre August on Friday night in Florida.

Paul bounced back from defeat to Tommy Fury in February with a win against UFC star Nate Diaz in August and he will now fight for the third time in what has been a busy year. August is the second specialist boxer that Paul will face so far in his career, with the 35-year-old having forged an impressive 10-1-1 career record.

Paul has a 7-1-0 record to defend, with plenty of options should he prove victorious in tonight’s contest. A fight against KSI could be the next option for Paul, with both men having suffered defeat at the hands of Fury in the past 12 months.

Also fighting on Friday night’s card, Shadasia Green vs. Franchon Crews Dezurn takes place to decide the vacant WBC super-middleweight women's title.
