Jadon Sancho: Man Utd star shares wholesome moment with fan

Jadon Sancho is looking like an entirely new player this season.

Under new manager Erik ten Hag, Manchester United have received fresh impetus to get things moving in the right direction again and a big part of that is getting the best out of their stars.

Sancho, who signed for the club in the summer of 2021 for an enormous £72 million, struggled to re-find the form that had served him so well at Borussia Dortmund.

In his final season in the Dortmund yellow, the Englishman contributed eight goals and 12 assists in 26 Bundesliga matches – making him statistically one of the finest creators in Europe.

But upon arriving at Old Trafford, his form deserting him meant that he could manage only three goals and just as many assists throughout the entirety of his first campaign in England.

To say it was a frustrating situation for everyone involved would be quite the understatement, especially with other key players like Marcus Rashford also suffering a crisis in form.

However, since the dawn of Ten Hag, both players have looked reborn when stepping out onto the football pitch.

Sancho has managed two Premier League goals already this term, whilst Rashford has managed a mightily impressive three goals and two assists, practically matching his total from last season in six matches.

Now, that’s not to say that it’s all sunshine and rainbows – losing against Real Sociedad in the club’s opening Europa League match proved that – but there’s a sense of optimism about the place now which is being reflected in the attitudes of the players.

And one moment that proved that brilliantly was the way Sancho interacted with a fan.

Recent footage has emerged showing the 22-year-old pull over in his car to sign a young lad’s matchday
