Jack Grealish watching Lionel Messi and other 'definite' Man City pre-match YouTube favourites

Jack Grealish might not have fully lived up to expectations since joining Manchester City from Aston Villa last summer, but there is no denying that the affable 26-year-old is becoming a fan-favourite.

Grealish's likeable personality was clear to see during his post-match interview following City's 2-0 FA Cup win against Peterborough United on Tuesday.

When asked about the superb Phil Foden pass that set up his goal, Grealish admitted that he and his young England teammate watched videos of Lionel Messi highlights during the coach journey to London Road.

He hailed Foden for what was a fairly solid Messi impression and this refreshing anecdote got us thinking: what were the other City players watching on their way to the game? We have a feeling there might have been quite a variety.

Ederson

While Foden was plotting how to pull-off a Messi-esque assist for his best mate, Ederson was splitting his sides watching clips from Dirty Sanchez and Jackass.

The Brazilian might be good with the ball at his feet, but slaloming through defenders just isn't as fun as firing yourself out of a canon, or shaving your sleeping mate's head.

Rodri

Rodri only stoops to goading and chaos when he's on the pitch. When he's off it, he's more focused on expanding his mind and (perhaps unsuccessfully) trying to convince his teammates to do the same.

Now that he has finished his degree in business administration and management, the laid back holding midfielder has downloaded a few taster courses to help him choose what to do for his post-grad.
