Jack Grealish's heart-warming gesture for young Man City fan after Super Cup win

Jack Grealish has been praised after he was seen engaging with a visually impaired fan during Manchester City's Super Cup trophy presentation.

City beat Sevilla on penalties to win the Super Cup, with Kyle Walker netting the decisive spot-kick. Grealish started the match and added yet another trophy to his collection.

The former Aston Villa star has been praised previously for his work with young football fans and again hit the headlines for the right reasons. As City stepped up to receive their medals, a visually impaired fan was alongside UEFA president Alexander Ceferin.

Grealish stopped the queue behind him to speak to the girl, holding her hand whilst they spoke. Pep Guardiola also made time for her, giving her a kiss on the cheek before he made his way to the stage for the trophy lift.

Clips of the moment have been widely shared on social media, with the City star being praised by many fans for taking the time to speak with the young fan.

Grealish has previously spoken openly about his sister, who has cerebral palsy. He was also praised during the Qatar World Cup for his goal celebration which was a nod to young City fan Finlay, who has the same condition.

On his performance in the Super Cup, the English winger told TNT Sport: "The manager made it so clear to use before the game how much he wants this club to win this trophy. Because over the last 10 to 15 years this club has been so successful, and this has been one we have been waiting for.

"Even personally for myself, this is another one ticked off the list. It was so hot and humid. They made it hard for us, we knew they were good at crosses into the box, fair play to them."
