Jack Grealish makes classy gesture during pre-season training spell at Olympiacos

Jack Grealish has flown to Athens to train at Olympiacos before starting back at Manchester City on Monday.

The Premier League title winner and England ace was pictured celebrating City’s success on holiday in Las Vegas last month but is now focused on returning to City in top shape ahead of a huge season, including the World Cup.

Grealish, 26, was filmed training topless on his own on the Greek island of Santorini earlier this week after starting preparations for the new season. The attacking ace has further sessions planned in the Greek capital to ensure he is firing on his return to Manchester next week after holidaying with girlfriend Sasha Attwood.

Officials at Olympiacos even offered to cancel some academy sessions this weekend to accommodate the £100million ex-Aston Villa ace. But Grealish insisted the club's youth training proceed as planned at Olympiacos' training base and said he was even willing to have a kick around the kids as well as practising on his own.

The star is said to be very excited about the new season and City’s hopes for more silverware after buying Erling Haaland and Kalvin Phillips this summer.

Grealish believes he can provide a supply line for new £51million Norway striker Haaland from Borussia Dortmund as Raheem Sterling inches closer to quitting City. While holding midfielder Phillips, 26, who has signed for £42m from Leeds, is one of Grealish’s closest pals in the international set-up.

As well as targeting glory with City at home and abroad next term, Grealish is also focused on this winter’s World Cup.
