ITV The Masked Singer’s Davina McCall says ‘not even close' as Air Fryer unmasked as major film star
The Masked Singer returned to ITV on Saturday night (February 10) for the semi-final of the singing contest. Just five contestants remained in the running in a bid to make it to the final - whilst keeping their fun identities concealed.
The remaining characters - Air Fryer, Eiffel Tower, Piranha, Cricket and Bigfoot - each performed in front of judges Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Rita Ora and Jonathan Ross as well as guest judge Lorraine Kelly, who was unmasked as Owl in the competition just weeks ago.
As well as their performances, which help the judges and viewers at home to dissect the contestant's voices, the judges are also given a variety of clues to try and crack. It was announced tonight that two performers would be unmasked, taking just three of them through to next week's final.

After each act performed, the public vote saw Air Fryer axed from the competition - and their identity was then outed. After weeks of guessing, with viewers adamant it was Australian actress Rebel Wilson, it turned out to be a completely different film star.
Air Fryer was unmasked as Keala Settle, an American singer and actress, best known for playing Lettie Lutz - the bearded lady in the film 'The Greatest Showman'. Her rendition of 'This is Me' won the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song in 2017 and she was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song.
The judging panel was left stunned as Davina McCall said "not even close" as she added: "None of us got it right because you've done such a good job disguising your voice."
But after the revelation, fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say they guessed correctly.
