ITV's The Games: Who will appear and when is it on?

ITV has announced a star-studded line up for its brand new reality show, The Games.

The show will see twelve super-fit celebrities battling it out in a sporting spectacular event across a week of live programmes.

The 12 familiar faces have undergone weeks of intensive training ready to go head-to-head in a range of sporting challenges.

Here is everything you need to now about the show.

This Morning host Holly Willoughby and sportsman Freddie Flintoff will be hosting the exciting games as celebrities battle head to head in a number of sporting challenges. They will be joined by two exciting sports players who will take part in presenting the games.

Former professional footballer and presenter Alex Scott will also make an appearance as trackside reporter. Meanwhile, former professional football player Chris Kamara will be a commentator for the show.

There are twelve celebrities set to compete in The Games. These include TV presenter Olivia Attwood, influencer and model Phoenix Brown, ex-Strictly pro and leading man Kevin Clifton, pop star Max George, song writer Chelcee Grimes and Harry Potter actor Josh Herdman.

Also joining them are author, model and autism ambassador Christine McGuiness, Coronation Street actor Colson Smith, newsreader Lucrezia Millarini, musician and TV star Wes Nelson, Emmerdale actor Rebecca Sarker and actor Ryan Thomas.
