ITV's Lorraine Kelly takes aim at Boris Johnson in unseen BAFTAs moment
Lorraine Kelly sent a "special hello" to the Prime Minister as she took to the stage at the TV Baftas to present an award on Sunday night (May 8). The TV presenter dazzled in a gold and white gown as she hit the red carpet for the annual star-studded event.
She was on hand to present the news coverage award at the ceremony held at the Royal Festival Hall in London. But before revealing who was the winner, Lorraine made a joke at her own expense while taking a mini swipe at Boris Johnson.
Earlier this week, Boris Johnson sat down for his first interview on Good Morning Britain in almost five years. As Susanna Reid, who conducted the interview live from Downing Street on Tuesday (May 3), tried to wrap up their chat, she mentioned Lorraine as her show was up next on ITV.

The presenter, 51, told him: "Lorraine [Kelly] is waiting to take up all the issues that you have brought up in this interview." But the PM muttered under his breath: "Who is Lorraine?" to which Susanna fired back: "Lorraine is a legend!" before the Scottish TV presenter herself appeared ready for her own show.
Ignoring the blunder, Lorraine praised her colleague's chat and said: "Wow! Thank you, Susanna... a masterclass in a political interview." However, after being flooded with messages the TV star addressed the comment during her show.
"This is so funny..." she said as she looked at her iPad. "Loads of you are reacting to Boris Johnson earlier on, wondering who I was. Why should he know who I am?" the 62-year-old host then said on her self-titled ITV programme after a clip of the moment was played. "He's busy in the morning, he wouldn't be watching.
