ITV Emmerdale Tom King's downfall 'sealed' after vital clue in Belle Dingle twist
Emmerdale delivered a dramatic twist in Tuesday's episode, intensifying the Tom King and Belle Dingle storyline.
In the episode aired on Monday (September 30), viewers saw Tom recuperating in hospital with his uncle Jimmy King at his side, still in agony after last week's attack.
While being questioned by the police about the attack, Tom claimed he had no recollection of the events, describing his memory as a "blank", and swiftly terminated the interview.

Belle's family sprung into action on Tuesday night, concealing the 'true' nature of the altercation, which was in self-defence, and devising plans for Belle to escape overseas to Ireland. Despite this, Tom unnerved her with a foreboding message that compelled her to go to the hospital, reports Leeds Live.
After arriving at the hospital, Tom told Belle if she dropped the allegations against him that he had abused her, despite being true, he wouldn't tell the police she was responsible for the attack.
Belle was horrified as Tom tried to gaslight her and after he continued to threaten her, it looked as though Belle was going along with Tom's plan - especially when he asked for a kiss on the cheek, where he kissed her on the lips in a vile twist.
Later at the hospital, Tom lied to the police and said it was two random men who attacked him, claiming he had never seen them before.
However, at the end of the episode, Belle headed to the police where she revealed the truth and handed in the weapon. Belle said: "I've attacked my husband in
