ITV Emmerdale Mack's downfall 'sealed' after vital mistake following money twist
Emmerdale fans believe they have figured out the downfall of Mackenzie Boyd following Thursday's episode and its money-related twist. Earlier this week, Jade coerced Ross Barton into agreeing to a rematch with Billy Fletcher, threatening to harm Billy's family as well.
Despite Billy's attempts to dissuade Ross from the rematch due to Jade's threats, Ross insisted on going ahead. This led to Billy confessing his secret side job to Dawn after fearing for the safety of Clemmie and Lucas.
Although the children were safe, Dawn demanded to know what Billy had been involved in. She proposed fixing the fight to avoid any injuries, but Billy refused to lose to a smug Ross.
Later, under Jade's insistence, Butlers Barn was chosen as the venue for the fight. Concerned about potential problems, Mackenzie enlisted the help of Aaron Dingle.
However, as the fight began, John Sugden arrived to warn them of the police's imminent arrival, causing the event to be halted. Jade and her gang fled the barn, during which Mackenzie managed to steal Jade's bag containing all the bet money, reports Leeds Live.
He later gloated over his ill-gotten gains. However, Aaron Dingle collapsed after being punched by one of Jade's associates who accused him of stealing the money.
Jade lashed out at Ross and Billy on Friday, accusing them of theft, with things turning physical against Ross before she threatened Billy. Emmerdale fans swiftly took to Twitter, suspecting Mackenzie Boyd's impending troubles, with one viewer commenting: "Surely the police will know about the live feed where you can see Mack quite clearly ... proving he's a liar #emmerdale".
Others chimed in with one writing: "Oh Mack I wouldn't be smug for too long hun...karma is a b***h!
