ITV Corrie villain Kieron's Hollywood role before Weatherfield drama - and he's been in the soap before

Coronation Street viewers have been spooked by dramatic scenes revolving around Kelly Neelan and her guardian Gary Windass The high-octane drama kicked off on Tuesday night as Kelly was urged on by the ghostly form of her late dad to kill Gary in revenge for murdering him back in 2019.

Kelly approached hitman Kieron Edgerton, and offered him £10,000 to kill Gary. Keading up to Kelly's exit as part of Corrie's 'Super Soap Week', Kieron and his sidekick, Al, lead Gary through the woods to the very place where he killed Rick. Pointing a gun at him, they order him to dig his own grave.

Before his latest role in Weatherfield, Manchester actor Pat Lally, who plays Kieron, appeared in a Hollywood blockbuster. In 2018 he played a reporter interviewing rock icon Freddie Mercury in the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody alongside Rami Malek, Ben Hardy, Lucy Boynton and Gwilym Lee, reports the Daily Star.
