ITV Corrie fans 'obsessed' by Daisy's behind-the-bar habit at the Rovers as she reveals her 'sinister' side

Bad girl Daisy Midgeley floored Coronation Street fans as she plotted against her love rival in Wednesday night's hour-long episode.

Corrie viewers knew Daisy had a wicked side, but they didn't expect her to sink as low as to attempt to ruin Nicky Wheatley's new career as a teaching assistant by enlisting the help of tearaway pupil Max Turner.

The Rovers Return barmaid wants rid of her teacher boyfriend Daniel Osbourne's close friend Nicky after she recently returned to Weatherfield to start working alongside him.

Soap watchers couldn't believe what they were seeing as minxy Daisy, played by Charlotte Jordan, paid Max to cause havoc for Weatherfield High School's new arrival, especially because of the bad blood between her man and the troubled teen.

Last month Max threatened to send Daniel down for pushing him down the stairs of his flat, which had led to him being hospitalised, if he didn't keep quiet about Max spiking Amy Barlow's drink at the school dance.

Fans slammed Daisy's behaviour with @Dmillar48204176 tweeting: "How can she use Max like that, knowing all the trouble he's been in and his history with Daniel? He's a kid!

"Also, trying to mess up Nicky's prospects? Daisy is nasty. I agree that Daniel needs to find out soon. He needs to dump her!"
