'It doesn't matter who we face': Proteas set for World Cup semi-finals

The Proteas are through to the semi-finals of the Cricket World Cup in New Zealand, and superstar all-rounder Marizanne Kapp says it doesn't matter who they face in the last four. 

Guaranteed a second-place finish in the group stages behind Australia regardless of what happens in their final round-robin clash against India on Sunday, South Africa could end up facing one of India, West Indies, England or New Zealand in the semis. 

They do avoid the tournament favourites Australia, though, which is surely good news in their efforts to make the final. 

Thursday's clash against West Indies in Wellington was washed out with the Proteas struggling at 61/4 after the match was reduced to 26 overs, but the Proteas have shown enough at the competition so far to be considered the side most capable of knocking over the mighty Aussies. 

"We're just happy to have qualified today," Kapp said after the match.

"And like I said, we shift our focus to our game against India. We still have a few things we would like to work on.

"It doesn't matter who we come up against in the semi-final. I feel like this time around, we will be better prepared."

The Proteas lost in the final over of their 2017 semi-final against England, who went on to win the tournament that year, but this time around it is Australia who are seemingly miles ahead of the rest of the pack. 

Kapp, however, believes that this Proteas team can challenge against Australia despite having lost comfortably to them earlier in the week.

"It was the first time in five years that we played them," Kapp explained.

"You can't look too much at previous records and stuff.

"I believe if everyone rocks up on the day, we'll be a force to be reckoned with. As I said, now we shift our focus to India and
