Issa brothers announce split as duo issue statement on 'amazing journey'

Zuber Issa is set to step down as Co-CEO Group leaving his brother Mohsin to continue to lead the business as a sole CEO.

The Issa brothers' EG Group has sold it's remaining UK forecourt business to co-founder Zuber Issa for £228m. Zuber will retain his existing shareholding in the company and remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director

TDR Capital and Mohsin's shareholdings in EG Group also remain unchanged, Lancs Live reports.
