Is UFC 280 on PPV in the UK?

UFC 280 is set to take place on Saturday, October 22nd 2022, but will the fight card be available for MMA fans in the UK to watch on PPV?

Most UFC events in the UK are available to watch on BT Sport, but sometimes there are bigger numbered events that will need to be purchased on PPV.

With a stacked fight card featuring Charles Oliveira, Islam Makhachev, Sean O’Malley, Petr Yan, Aljamain Sterling and TJ Dillashaw, is it enough to make the event pay per view? Find out below!

As mentioned, UFC fight cards are available as part of the standard BT Sport subscription package, but bigger events can sometimes be put on BT Sport Box Office.

It is rare for a UFC event to be on BT Sport Box Office, unless a megastar such as Conor McGregor or Jon Jones is fighting.

Despite the fact that UFC 280 doesn’t feature a household name such as McGregor or Jones, it will be available to purchase on BT Sport Box Office for £19.95 on the night.

It is however worth noting that the fight card from Abu Dhabi starts at a far more sociable time for fans in the UK to watch than normal Ultimate Fighting Championship cards and does feature some incredible battles on paper.
