Getting an invitation to bat first, LSG posted 203 for 8 despite Hardik Pandya's five-wicket haul. While the MI captain returned 5 for 36, Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram scored fiery fifties to help the team post a big total on the board. In MI's chase, Suryakumar Yadav played a superb knock (67 off 43) but failed to take the side over the line. Hardik Pandya's maiden five-wicket haul in T20 cricket and star batter Suryakumar Yadav's fluent 67 went in vain as Lucknow Super Giants beat Mumbai Indians by 12 runs in an Indian Premier League match on Friday.
