Inside the 'ultimate' Halloween house for sale that comes with its own graveyard

An eerie property dubbed the 'ultimate' Halloween house is looking for a new owner - but it's not for the faint-hearted. The former chapel is set in the middle of a cemetery and comes with its own graveyard flooded with old gravestones.

The Chapel, at Addison Avenue, in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, is being sold online by Paul Fosh Auctions with a guide price of £69,000. Any brave bidders can secure the chapel - and its graveyard - which has 'various scope' and full planning to be converted into a two bedroom and a three bedroom property.

Currently left in a rather derelict state, the chapel has been 'stripped out' ready for work to commence. Currently there is just an entrance and a ground floor with high ceilings and plenty of windows, which was the space of the old chapel.

The property offers convenient access to the M4 Junction 34 and the train station at Pontyclun just a short drive away. It also benefits from parking for up to four cars.

A spokesperson said: "The chapel offers a wonderful opportunity to acquire a property which offers scope for development. The sale of the chapel does include the surrounding graveyard.

''There is also planning for a two bed and three bed house and there are visiting rights for the graveyard. The chapel has been stripped out in readiness for work to commence and also benefits from parking for up to four cars.

The property will go under the hammer alongside 100 other varied properties from 12pm on Tuesday, November 7 and end at 5pm, on Thursday, November 9. Visit www.paulfoshauctions.com for more
