Liverpool won the EFL Cup for a record ninth time on Sunday, as they defeated Chelsea on penalties following a goalless draw at Wembley.

Liverpool have previously won the EFL Cup in 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1995, 2001, 2003 and 2012.
